KARR is a remotely operated underwater vehicle. It is an ongoing project, with new improvements and designs being constantly added. KARR is currently in a prototype stage of development. The electronics were recently overhauled (again) to bring the platform closer to my original design goals. There are a few more things left to accomplished before this prototype is ready to test in the water. An older version of the project can be found on Github: https://github.com/Kristian-Charboneau/KARR, with the documentation at https://github.com/Kristian-Charboneau/KARR/wiki.

I will eventually, as time allows, post more information regarding the rov’s new design and functionality, in addition to all the updated source files (CAD models, schematics, code, etc.). The project is open-source under the MIT license.

This website was recently overhauled as well, so a lot of the project information has yet to be added. It will be brought up-to-date over the next couple of weeks as time allows.
